8.1L, 496 CID Mercruiser, Volvo Penta, GM Marine Cylinder Head Gasket Kit. Replaces years 2001-newer.

Marine head gasket set for 8.1L GM Vortec marine engines. Fits years 2001-newer engines using an oval port intake manifold. Fits Mercruiser, Volvo Penta, GM Marine, Marine Power, and Crusader Vortec marine engines.

Kit includes:

  • (2) cylinder head gaskets
  • (2) exhaust manifold gaskets
  • (2) intake manifold gaskets
  • (2) water pump gaskets
  • (1) distributor mounting gasket
  • (1) thermostat housing gasket
  • (2) valve cover gaskets
  • (16) valve stem seals
  • (1) tube of silicon gasket maker
