DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES
Our engines are typically shipped via FedEx Freight, however, on occasion other freight carriers will be used. The shipping price listed on our ads is shipping to a business location that has the means to unload the semi-truck (forklift and/or loading dock). Shipping to a FedEx terminal for customer pick-up is available at no extra charge should a business location not be available.
Small parts are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Rushed shipping options are available at an extra charge. Please call for information and pricing should rushed delivery be needed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Our engines are available to be shipped across the world. From anywhere in Europe, Australia, South America, Africa, Japan, etc. we have shipped our engines across the globe! Please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 888-364-4537 should you wish to have an engine shipped out of the United States. We have some of the best international shipping prices in the industry.
Note: We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or any other fees associated with the importing of our goods to your respective country.
HOW DO WE SHIP ENGINES INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship one of two ways:
Ocean Freight orders typically take 30-50* days to arrive at a port nearest our customers. This is the cheaper option.
Air Freight, usually by UPS, DHL, FedEx, or commercial airline can get the engine to our customers as fast as 3 business days. This option is more expensive but can be effective for customers in a rush.
International shipping options are available as both door to port/airport or door to door.

*Some locations may take longer depending on ocean liner availability and destination port. Please as before you purchase if the order is time sensitive.
Should there be a need to return an item purchased from us, please reach out to us by phone 888-364-4537 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to facilitate a return and obtain an RMA number. If an item is purchased on our website, you can start a return process through your account.
- We offer a 30 day return policy. This time period starts from ship date.
- Used items are not returnable. Items must be in their original condition for a return to be accepted.
- Some items will incur a 15% restocking fee. Typically, a restocking fee only applies to items that were shipped free of charge or have damaged packaging.
- Return freight is not covered unless we shipped you an item in error, or if there is a defect. We do not pay for return freight due to change of mind or for items no longer needed.
